DAVE NAVARRO To Help Induct Producer BOB EZRIN Into CANADIAN MUSIC INDUSTRY HALL OF FAME

March 2, 2006

Former JANE'S ADDICTION/RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS guitarist Dave Navarro will help induct famed music producer Bob Ezrin into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame on Thursday, March 2, 2006 as part of the Canadian Music Industry Awards taking place at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto, during Rogers Wireless Canadian Music Week.

Commented Navarro: "Bob has produced everything from ALICE COOPER, KISS, PINK FLOYD, LOU REED to 30 SECONDS TO MARS and the last JANE'S ADDICTION. He just finished the new ARMY OF ANYONE album featuring Richard Patrick [FILTER] and the DeLeo brothers [STONE TEMPLE PILOTS]. This is a much-deserved honor for him and a huge honor for me to be a part of this historic event."

Ezrin is a legendary record producer who is noted as an innovator and technical ground-breaker, having been one of the earliest adopters of multi-machine recording and computer sequencing, sampling and editing. He was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame during the Juno Awards in April 2004 and continues to produce music, film, TV and theatrical productions.
